Medicines Supply Issues – Updated 27/12/2017

December 21, 2017

We have had some discussions with Healthwatch Staffordshire around medicines supply issues reported to them by patients. To help improve patient understanding of the problems and provide information to them, we have adapted a advertisement designed by Community Pharmacy Cheshire & Wirral to create a poster which you can display in your pharmacy. Please download a poster from the link below; the first includes information and a QR code to link to Christmas and New Year opening hours, the second is a version without that information to use from 2nd January on.

Whilst we appreciate the work already being undertaken by pharmacies to work with practices to resolve specific issues on a daily basis, you may find it helpful additionally to explain the current situation to local GP practice staff.
