  • Stafford Central (new)

As a reminder, Primary Care Networks (PCNs) are multi-disciplinary teams of healthcare professionals working together at a local level to deliver joined up patient care.  Most Primary Care Networks will cover around 30-50,000 patients registered with constituent GP practices. This PSNC page provides additional information about PCNs and what they aim to achieve.
Currently we are awaiting full details of payment structures related to PQS however it is expected that unless a PCN Lead is in place and has engaged with the PCN on flu vaccination, then payment for all contractors aligned to the PCN in this domain will not be available – ACT NOW  by putting yourself forwards as a potential PCN Lead to ensure you and your colleagues don’t miss out on this payment, please complete the Expression of Interest form below!
