PharmOutcomes Entry Errors Cost YOU Money

It has come to the attention of the LPC that some of our contractors are entering items incorrectly on PharmOutcomes and this is resulting in underpayment for items such as inhalers and eye drops.

Please read the two documents below that explain the problem and how to claim.

Any corrections to July entries must be made by midnight on August 1st or you will lose out on payments.
